Across the two rounds of She Rises delivered at the organization, participants from different roles and career levels experienced meaningful improvements in their confidence, emotional awareness, and communication skills. While each group had its own challenges and needs, both rounds shared a common outcome: participants felt more capable, grounded, and prepared to handle day-to-day workplace interactions with clarity and composure. The coaching conversations integrated into the program played an essential role in this progress. Through guided reflection and one-to-one or small-group coaching, participants identified personal strengths, explored behaviour patterns, and developed practical approaches to managing stress, improving communication, and enhancing their overall well-being. Whether attending as leaders or as general employees, participants consistently described She Rises as a supportive and transformative experience that helped them better understand themselves, strengthen workplace relationships, and reconnect with their personal and professional goals.
